The Opportunity: The Area Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is responsible for the timely and consistent execution of all merchandising, operational, and human resource policies and procedures within a designated retail location in accordance with the philosophy and standards of OSJL. This role participates in managing the entire store while maintaining specific areas of responsibility. The Area Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and developing a group of sales associates within their building and dedicated departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
