JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently hiring a Bartender. The incumbent will work to support the delivery of a unique and elevated guest experience that is in harmony with the kitchen’s food program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Other duties may be assigned as required)
-Lead the day-to-day behind-the-bar operations
-Serve as an educator, as well as an inspirational, committed and responsible leader to the restaurant’s FOH teams
-Prepare for and inspire staff to deliver a memorable beverage experience nightly
-Be well-versed in classic cocktail culture
-Deliver superior customer service through effective training and education
-Maintain exceptional general bar cleanliness and equipment to optimal specifications
-Participate in inventory counting and reconciliation on a monthly basis
-Support Wine Director and Beverage Team with the ordering and restocking of all bar-related product
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-A professionally recognized wine and/or spirits certificate is an asset
-Possesses solid background knowledge of spirits
-Highly committed to a premium level of quality
-Skilled at developing and creating beverage experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills
-Comfortable dealing with media and VIP guests
-The ability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
