BI Analyst
This Is What You’ll Do:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Develop and maintain data models that effectively support business requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and understandably.
This Is What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating, editing, revising and publishing Power BI production level reports and dashboards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, data analysis, project management, business operations, or business intelligence analysis.
- Analytical and inquisitive with the ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables and interpret information furnished in written, oral, and/or diagram form.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously across all levels in an organization.
- Experience developing DAX and/or incorporating R or Python scripts in Power BI is a plus.
- SQL, R or Python knowledge is a plus.

- This is an onsite position M-F
