As an Associate Technical Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex Salesforce data challenges for enterprise customers. You will provide software configuration and customisation covering topics that include: data protection, data privacy, data apps and more. Your Responsibilities: Obtain and analyse business requirements and develop technical/functional requirements Build platform-based applications that meet client business needs. Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions Balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Troubleshoot business issues in a variety of technical systems. Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information in a secure manner. Keep well-written documentation describing how solutions work, any special configurations it may include, and steps to troubleshoot basic issues that may arise. Track and record time in a timely manner. You Will Bring: Proficiency with applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or cloud application (i.e Google Doc, Sheets, Slides.) Business level fluency to write, communicate, facilitate, and present, emphasising the ability to translate those needs into system functionality. System application implementations, software configurations or other related data activities in SaaS solutions such as Salesforce. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Engineering disciplines, Information Systems, Decision Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, or Business Administration majors with technical proficiency is a plus. An interest in growing your skills in cloud computing, including AWS, Azure, and Salesforce. Salesforce experience or certification is a plus. Your Skills: Ability to work as part of a global team to solve business and technical problems. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner, both written and verbal. Understanding personal and team roles and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers. Ability to share and collaborate effectively with others. Proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.
