Inventory Control Associate
Odeko is a purpose-driven digital platform that provides mobile ordering and supply chain management tools for coffee shops, cafés, and bakeries. Founded in 2019, Odeko helps small businesses grow their revenue, lower supply costs, and reduce their overall waste.
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be the eye in the sky for inventory in our Queens Warehouse. We’re looking for someone who can create, analyze, and utilize inventory data to measure and monitor inventory performance. You will provide support to our warehouse and supply chain teams to drive efficiencies and improvements throughout our operation.
Scope of Work:
- Perform daily cycle counts
- Manage and maintain warehouse bins
- Identify and resolve inventory escalations or discrepancies
- Own SKU management including updating information, naming, and SKU details
- Effectively communicate with the warehouse and supply chain teams
- Lead continuous improvement of inventory management
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Strong analytics or mathematics background
- 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups.
- Strong technological proficiency and the appetite to learn new systems
- Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Provide a positive customer experience internally and externally
