ODN manages Outdoor Advertising, Experiential Marketing, DOT, and large format printing for a variety of agencies and advertisers.
 
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Senior Media Buyer/ Planner that can deliver the exceptional results our clients have come to expect. Whether it is traditional OOH, DOOH, or experiential, the media buyer will be working directly with the buying team to execute plans maximizing our client’s ROI.
 
As an ODN Senior Media Buyer, you will be part of a team that is second to none. You will receive extensive training on how to best utilize our proprietary planning platform as well as how to execute media plans the “ODN Way.” The Media Planner will be involved with all facets of the client experience including strategy, planning, and media purchasing, while including some client interaction. We believe in partnering with our clients to deliver well executed media plans that exceed goals and contribute to their long-term success.

The position is remote; however, the candidate must live in Mountain or Pacific time zone to best accommodate clients in these time zones.
 
Responsibilities
  • Client service is Top priority at ODN. Strong client service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
  • Must be organized and efficient, developing effective plans in a timely manner.
  • Fiscally responsible for client media budgets with the ability to work with vendor contacts, clients and other media team members as needed.
  • Will ensure all plans and buys exceed client needs and must be executed accurately.
  • Needs to be familiar with all formats of OOH Media including traditional and non-traditional options, experiential, programmatic and digital.
  • Works closely with all members of the team to ensure all aspects of day-to-day projects are being met.
  • Collaborates with production and buying teams to ensure smooth implementation of the execution of the plan from beginning to end.
  • Candidate should be curious, constantly seeking out new opportunities to apply to client needs, now or in the future.
  • Supports Supervisor and/ or management team in whatever capacity is needed. ODN is looking for team players with a “Can Do” attitude.
 
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years’ experience in media planning is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related media field
  • Experience in planning across the out-of-home landscape or other media experience.
  • Agency and/or vendor experience is preferred (OOH Industry experience)
  • Must be organized with the ability to multitask and excel in a fast-moving culture.
  • Demonstrates core values, desired competencies, and appropriate behaviors at all times.
