This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in San Francisco, CA.

The Marketing Coordinator will generate new marketing vendors and work with established vendors to expand Odoo brand visibility in the Americas. Marketing Coordinators are responsible for sourcing and maintaining these relationships. They are tasked with managing vendor relationships in order to ensure that Odoo gets the best possible contracts on these items, find unused inventory and negotiate renewal deals.
As a Marketing Coordinator here at Odoo, you will help us achieve our mission of building substantial market share in a variety of different software verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Track vendor funding for infrastructure, cooperative marketing
- Proactively look for new vendor opportunities
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, payment schedules, and delivery conditions
- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Understanding of marketing operations
- Results oriented, analytical, self-motivated and a “hands on” person with proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and assertive negotiator
- Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a marketing role at a SaaS provider
- Experience negotiating high value contracts
