Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Collection Specialist to join our team. As a Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals to collect outstanding debts. Your role will involve utilizing your strong negotiation and communication skills to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payment. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to tenants to collect outstanding balances.
  • Negotiate with tenants to set payment arrangements
  • Follow up on arrangements made
  • Handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare all court documents for court proceedings.
  • Represent the company in court appearances

Education:

College Degree (preferably)

3-5 Years experience

In-person 9-5 M-F

Salary 45,000.00- 60,000.00

Monthly and Quarterly bonuses available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
