We are currently hiring for a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative Lead 7am-3pm for our Newest Location 1533 Rohr Rd. Lockbourne, Ohio 43137
Summary/Objective
The Customer Service Lead guides the customer service area and provides various direct services to customers and high-level analytical services to management.

6. Processes and monitors shipping and receiving transactions and documentation, including, but not limited to receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirming shipments for specific customers to ensure timeliness and accuracy
7. Communicates effectively with transportation, OFR, management, co-workers, and customers choosing the proper media (phone, email, face-to-face)
8. Manages customer information using WMS and Microsoft Office Products and generates reports for customers per their requirements
9. Monitors damaged and/or on-hold product and notifies vendors and works with OFRs.
