Summary/Objective
The Account Coordinator (Columbus, OH) position is primarily located within an ODW LTS account management department directed at customer resources. Handling the day to day data entry roles along with other support roles within a specific account management department are crucial for the success of this positions. Reporting directly to the team lead, the Account Coordinator role is of supreme importance to ensure ODW LTS serves both its customers and carriers needs at high levels.
Duties
- Lead on AP Rec process and handling AP recs
- Invoice retrieval- obtain invoices for outstanding loads that have not yet been paid
- Lead on entering NIS loads
- Assisting tracking when needed
- Assisting scheduling when needed
- Assisting on missed pickup calls when needed
- Some involvement with TMS implementation
- Establishing operational manuals for various processes within the operation
- Management of Tier 4 & Tier 5 accounts
- Taking overflow customer calls if both account managers and team lead is not available

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or similar Degree level required
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel as well as reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
Travel
- Position is primarily at the ODW Logistics 1654 Williams Road Columbus, OH 43207 office location. If business demands any travel, Management will review with the employee in advance.
Other Information
- Full time position
- 42.5-hour work week (Monday – Friday only)
- Health, dental and supplementary insurance available on first day of the month after date of hire.
- 401K enrollment with company match. Available on the first day of the month after completing 90 calendar days of service.
