Odyssey House is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team!

Job Description:

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message and mission to our audience. As a non-profit organization, Odyssey House relies heavily on our public image to build support and awareness for our cause. You will play a key role in ensuring our brand is accurately represented through all communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design marketing materials that align with Odyssey House branding guidelines and mission, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, informative, and on-brand content.
• Prepare layouts and mock-ups of designs for review and feedback.
• Manage and maintain brand identity through all designs and communications.
• Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and techniques to continuously improve the visual communication of Odyssey House.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating designs for print, digital, and social media.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
