Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning through play.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support children with special needs or unique learning requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, assessments, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
