Business Operations Specialist, Senior

Position Summary

In anticipation of a contract award, Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist, Senior at Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville, Alabama. This effort will support a customer responsible for transitioning new Army weapon systems from development all the way through fielding.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide business expertise in support of an Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) and an Integrated Program Management Report (IMPR). This effort includes measuring contractors’ cost and schedule performance on DoD acquisition contracts.
• Work within an IPT structure to analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Earned Value Management data.
• Analyze program schedules to support functional and product directory efforts as well as developing and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedules for all products and functions.
• Provide technical expertise in support of the Cost Analysis, Milestone Documentation, Contractor Reporting, and Program Reporting functions. 
• Compile and analyze audit packages and follow up Corrective Action Plans (CAP) against Department of Defense regulations and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) guidance.
• Prepare the Army’s tri-annual Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) to include report preparation, submission, and follow up sampling.
• Maintain, review, and coordinate for approval Customer Support Agreements. 
• Provide programmatic expertise for planning, evaluation, integration, and coordination of workforce structure and manpower management.
• Assist in facilities management, to include interior and exterior safety checks, maintenance needs, coordination and execution of moves, and other facilities related tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen

Clearance: Secret clearance 

Education: MA/MS Degree

Years of Experience: over 10 years of experience
