Installer
Office Environment Company (OEC) is Idaho’s leading contract furniture and architectural building supply company. OEC is based in Boise, ID and has been a market leader for the past 30 years.
Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Oversee installation for all projects
- Lead projects as appropriate
- Responsible for project budgets. Estimates project hours vs actual
- Issue resolution
- Responsible for job specific equipment and tools
- Coordinate the allocation of labor & resources
- Report daily on project progress and any unresolved issues
- Management of team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proper training of your team
- Establish and monitor project specific safety guidelines
- Project efficiencies identified and shared with the team
- Sales and technical support
- Tracking and resolution of all job specific punch list items
- Oversee all job sites are maintained at a high level of organization and cleanliness
- Establish a cadence for continued education for your team in all new product installations
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum of experience in installation of furniture, Div 8 and Div 10 is required
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School diploma
