What You'll Do:
As a Community Liaison, you'll serve as a bridge between our organization and the community, advocating for our mission and initiatives while listening to the needs and concerns of community members. Your role will involve building relationships, organizing events, and collaborating with local partners to drive positive change.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, organizations, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community through regular communication and engagement
- Represent our organization at community events, meetings, and forums
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with local organizations and businesses
- Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform our programs and initiatives
- Assist in the planning and execution of community events and outreach activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking abilities and a passion for community engagement
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse groups of people
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in community outreach, public relations, or related field is a plus
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
