Entry Level Assistant Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance global brand positioning
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver compelling in-person marketing programs that drive sales
• Work closely with Market Managers and Sales teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies for customer service initiatives
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensure effective execution, and track metrics
• Create and align customer communications, presentations, and collateral; train the Sales Team on deployment for customer presentations
• Proactively identify selling opportunities based on seasonality and product rollouts
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent customer service abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A high-energy, win/win attitude with leadership capabilities
