We are looking for an entry-level Business Development Associate who is motivated and ambitious to join our team immediately!
In applicants for this position, we look for interpersonal skills, communication skills, prior experience working in a fast-paced environment, and a student mindset. Our clients prefer people who enjoy socializing and working with others.
During our paid training sessions, you will be able to develop job-related skills such as negotiation, client acquisition, goal creation and achievement, and leadership. We encourage you to apply if you have experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or a related field!
Responsibilities Include:
- Attend regular client training sessions to stay current on industry developments, promotions, and goods.
- Account creation and upkeep for customers
- Developing and executing goals effectively while collaborating with management to ensure team sales targets are met
- Face-to-face interactions with new and existing customers on behalf of our clients in order to maintain brand recognition
- Maintain constant and effective communication with team members and management.
- Educating and mentoring new representatives
Qualifications and Skills
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
