Automotive Sales Associate

Off Lease Only LLC is seeking a Sales Associate!

Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for working on the sales floor and recommending vehicles to customers based on their needs and interests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Contact customers and prospective customers to solicit sales.
• Recommend vehicles to customers based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Answer customers’ questions about vehicles, prices, and availability.
• Verify customer and order information for correctness, verify against previously obtained information if necessary.
• Obtain and verify customers' names, addresses, product information, VIN numbers, and vehicle specifications on deal sales paperwork.
• Consult with customers after sales or deal completion to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Must obtain at least 50% of sale count positive customer reviews each month.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
• High school diploma or equivalent .
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Passion for sales, self-motivated, strong communication skills.
• Sales and Customer Service experience- retail, hospitality, food service, insurance, real estate, etc. preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
