Responsibilities
- We are looking for trainable Budtenders to educate and help assist customers based on needs, preferences, and budgets
- Ensure you are on time for each and every shift
- Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry
- Processing customers' payments correctly and ensuring you are using proper money handling skills and using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system
- Keeping the storefront clean and tidy
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Labeling products correctly
- Verifying customers are of age
- Making sure the floor is adequately stocked
- Communicate with management if any issues were to arise
- Answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption
- 8 hour shift
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Knowledge and/or experience in cannabis law
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to Detail
- 1-2 years Sales experience
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Must meet the legal age requirements to work in cannabis (21 years and older)
- Must pass LiveScan Background Check
- 1-2 years Budtending experience
