About the Role:
The Copywriter/Content Marketer will be responsible for copywriting efforts across OfferUp’s B2B products. Additionally, this role will contribute to articles, email campaigns, landing pages, activation and retention strategy, and content optimization tests.

- Write clear, compelling copy for various content types and channels, including across the entire buyer journey to different personas, verticals, and communication touchpoints. Ensure consistency of brand voice throughout all of our communication touchpoints.
- Translate products and features into a simple, compelling, easy-to-understand copy that sells.
- Create and review content with stakeholders to gather feedback and cross-functional alignment
- Conduct A/B copy testing, monitor content performance, and translate into clear observations and actionable steps to optimize content efforts.
- Monitor KPI performance and provide meaningful insights for content/campaign optimization.

- 4 years of copywriting/content marketing experience in B2B and/or advertising environments; strong experience writing for business audiences at all levels and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt writing to different formats such as web, mobile, email, blog posts, and presentations.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to define goals, strategies, and key messages.
- Strong results orientation in dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environments with a proven track record of delivering on high-priority projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to get stakeholder feedback and alignment
- Knowledgeable about B2B marketing best practices and trends.
