As an IT Specialist, you will serve as an IT liaison and Product Manager managing a variety of IT products. You will collect business requirements and translate user stories.
Location: Office of GSA IT-Customer Relationship Management Division (IDTR). Selectee will be required to report into the regional office building on occasion.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $ 111,521.00 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Applicants applying for the GS-14 grade level must meet the following requirements: Have IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four competencies AND one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service as described below:

This position has job functions that must be executed within a specific geographic location. The official duty station is a federal facility, leased space, or an alternative worksite (typically the employee’s home). Positions include routine telework and remote work arrangements that are geographically specific to: a regional office building. The duty station will be determined upon selection and will be located within the geographic area described.

As an IT Specialist, you will serve as an IT liaison and Product Manager managing a variety of IT products. You will collect business requirements and translate user stories. The IDTR is responsible for providing critical infrastructure services & enabling digital technology transformation to support GSAs robust mission.
Oversees, manages, monitors, and reviews division operating procedures and organizational performance standards , to ensure maximized values are aligned with product strategies. Serves as a senior spokesman ensuring the development of projects/products are accomplished in accordance with government regulations to deliver business value and measurable results.
Serves as an advocate and technical advisor for the customer to conceptualize specific needs, provide basis for prototypes and conduct product testing to provide quality product development and/or enhancements to existing services.
Provides support to management, and consumers by capturing and translating ideas, visions, requests and highly technical concepts/ scenarios to develop and implement product service resolutions. Works closely with senior leadership and prepares and presents executive level briefings as it relates to program management and In-progress reviews.
Leads analysis efforts and conducts analysis to evaluate on a qualitative/quantitative basis of effectiveness for program operations to meet established goals and objectives. Recommends and advises GSA IT leadership, ensuring projects and products meet mission objectives to improve and streamline new and existing systems for operational implementation, effectiveness and efficiency.
Works with the Project Management and various teams to develop customized reports for programs and initiatives to assist in feasibility and alternative analysis studies for portfolio specific applications.
