Job Posting for Area Manager at Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services

Responsible for all aspects of running the business

  • Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis
  • Manage personnel
  • Find coverage for called off workers
  • Find coverage/fill in for open jobs
  • Train employees
  • See to it that all employees stay within budgeted cleaning hours.
  • If employee exceeds amount of time allowed find workable solution to this problem.
  • Scheduling: work loading new and old accounts
  • Help meet budget (company must maintain profitability)
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Customer Realtionshiping- Meeting with customers periodically to address any needs
  • Work closely in a team like manner with other managers and employees. (Example: talk with employee because of poor inspection)
  • Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows under the direction of the owners.
  • Report regularly to owners.
  • Attend staff meetings held weekly accounting for time, tasks complete, tasks yet to complete, problem solve with owners and QC
  • Every and all aspects of managing the general operation of the business.
  • Work whatever hours necessary to perform the above duties and any other duties not listed but required for the business to be successful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
