This integral position reports directly to the company president. You will be responsible for training and performance of non-medical staff in our healthcare practices.

You must have a firm grasp of daily statistics that demonstrate attainment of practice goals and objectives. Your ability to train and develop non-clinical staff is of paramount importance. The successful candidate must have demonstrable competencies in math and English. The ability to store items in memory and recall them is important to us. Sales experience is helpful. You must be willing to travel within the continental US.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Bradenton, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
