What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Litigation Attorney position at Offit Kurman?
Offit Kurman is seeking a patent litigation associate to join its growing IP practice in one of our local offices.
Patent litigation experience is required, including experience with pre-suit investigations, discovery (taking and defending depositions), motion practice, trial, and appeals. Trial experience is preferred. Expertise with Inter partes review is desired. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience.
