We are looking for an addition to our Accounting Team who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. This person will help to manage the company’s accounting by maintaining records and preparing financial reports, in addition to other responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet recs, assist in month-end close, and perform financial statement review
- Processing 1099 invoices, vendor payments, payor receipts, and corporate credit card charges
- Work with vendors to resolve unprocessed receipts, production, or shipments
- Revenue recognition for new business lines and cash application
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies, specifically inventory
- Maintain detail listings of inventory, equipment and fixed assets and the related depreciation and amortization calculations.
- Addresses and corrects inventory reconciliation issues and completes associated tasks related to the reconciliation of physical inventory.?
- Maintain dashboards related to accounting functions, and notify leadership of key information, trends, concerns, and challenges
Accountant Qualifications / Skills:
- Preferred experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, and Microsoft Excel
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles (GAAP/FASB)
- Passion for accounting functions and being part of a high performing team
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA is a plus
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus
- Experience working with multi-state organization and multiple legal entities
- Background in inventory or logistics preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience strongly preferred
