Myst have an eye for color
Possess good hand/eye coordination
Ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors
Flexibility to work in all areas of finish, spraying, inspection, sealer sanding, and repair
Qualifications
Ability to meet quality specifications and standards
Experience with or ability to be trained in stain, glaze, wash coat, lacquer and repair
Must be able to work independently without immediate supervision
