This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing global Fintech payments business revolutionizing the way global businesses send and receive money cross border. At OFX we are constantly looking for new ways to meet the challenges our customers face in making cross-border payments.

We’re looking for a dynamic enterprise sales professional to join our North American team to help grow and operationalize our enterprise program. You have ideally been working in business development within the technology and financial services sector and understand complex deal cycles. You will be given the platform, direction and products to be successful, but you will also bring our own contacts and ideas to the role. You will have responsibility to grow the enterprise business line.

What you’ll do:

Establish executive relationships new enterprise targets and inspire strategic thinking related to OFX's product with senior professionals and their teams.

Examples of such would be financial institutions, financial services platforms and global commerce firms

Take initiative to assist and collaborate with other team members to reach your collective goals

Work closely with the Head of Enterprise and coordinate actions to make sure that there is a cohesive account strategy and action plans for specific clients.

Based on client requirements and OFX sales targets, coordinate all aspects of making the client experience positive and recurring.

Leverage corporate assets such as Marketing events, Partners and Channels with clients as appropriate.

Build strong and efficient relationships with colleagues and engage internal expertise when needed at client meetings.

Accurately and systematically document and record relevant information in (url removed) in relative real-time. Provide weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to monitor the overall success of OFX.

Research and prepare for meetings with clients: Understand client pain points in the broader finance, product, and treasury; tailor communications to address business needs as part of the solution engineering process; and engage internal expertise as needed in order to sell relevant OFX solutions.

Creatively build new revenue opportunities pipeline by finding new channels, and additional business needs that our solutions can address.

Promote the value and uniqueness of OFX's current offerings and create opportunities to cross-sell into additional finance-related stakeholders within client accounts.
