Our Firm has an opportunity for an attorney to join the firm’s expanding affirmative action and OFCCP compliance practice and assume a major role ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations, as well as supervising non-attorney analysts with the preparation of affirmative action programs (AAPs) and reports required of federal contractors. The Candidate will have a flexible part-time schedule with the ability to work remotely. Opportunities for a full-time position with benefits may be available. A writing sample is required in order to be considered for this role.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $110,000 and $162,500. In accordance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York City position is between $110,000 and $162,500. In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $110,000 and $162,500. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $110,000 and $162,500 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
