Position Summary
Our Denver office has the opportunity for an immigration attorney with employment-based immigration experience to join our expanding Business Immigration practice. Our immigration group is comprised of over 80 immigration attorneys and 200 paraprofessionals. Ogletree Deakins has one of the largest Business Immigration practices in the United States and provides a wide range of legal services for employers seeking temporary business visas and permanent residence on behalf of foreign national employees. We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Requirements

- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- 4 years of experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas.
- Must possess experience in high-volume business immigration work environment.
- Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required.

Benefits
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $145,000 and $180,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is bonus eligible and qualifies for the below benefits.
