Business Immigration Associate

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• 4 years of experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas.
• Must possess experience in high-volume business immigration work environment.
• Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $145,000 and $180,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is bonus eligible and qualifies for the below benefits.
