The Position:
We're looking for a passionate Maintenance/Facilities Associate who strives to provide operational excellence and genuine care in a team environment.
- Maintain facility and grounds in accordance with applicable federal/state regulations.
- Performs and/or coordinates maintenance on items including, but not limited to wheelchairs, beds, windows, air conditioning units, alarms.
- Responds to maintenance request within allotted time frame.
- Prioritizes work that involves safety or infection control hazard.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Building maintenance experience.
