Ohana Pacific Management Company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (PSR) who strives to provide operational excellence and genuine care in a fast-paced team environment. Our Patient Services Representative (PSR) ensures that all our guests and their families are warmly welcomed to our various Communities and serves as the liaison between our guests and the centralized business services department which includes meeting with our guests and their families upon admission and discharge to discuss insurance coverages and financial arrangements.
