'Ohana Pet Sitters, LLC. is a small, family owned company providing exceptional dog walking and pet sitting services to the city of Vancouver, WA. Business is booming and we would love to expand our team! We are searching for a reliable Pet Sitter/Dog Walker that is self motivated, attentive, honest, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and is just as passionate about animals as we are. This position is a part time W2 position for someone with a flexible schedule, who loves animals and is in need of supplemental income. Jobs vary based on demand and this service requires you to stay in our client's home during day and overnight hours to care for their pets. This type of schedule works perfectly for someone who is already working remotely. Our pet sitting service requires team member to stay at clients home for extended periods sometimes up to a week, caring for pets and only leaving for a couple of hours at a time if needed.

Requirements:

- Previous pet care experience is an absolute MUST such as a dog walker, pet sitter, vet tech, shelter volunteer, doggy day care, grooming, trainer, etc. If you currently have an active Rover or Wag account, please send profile link.

- Must have a reliable smart phone capable of using our Dog Walking/Pet Sitting App. This app will be used to check-in and check-out of each service, provide pictures during each visit, and give detailed notes and updates to the client.

- Must have a reliable vehicle, as well as a current, valid US driver's license. This job requires driving to clients' homes and must be able to accommodate the transport of pets in case of emergency.

- Must be comfortable and physically capable of handling large dogs, as well as be familiar with different types of leashes, harnesses, gentle leaders, etc.

- Must be able to pass criminal/background check and be over 21 years old.

- Must be able to work and travel in all types of weather (rain, snow, heat, etc.)

- Must be 100% honest, trustworthy and have the skills to communicate effectively, both with 'Ohana Pet Sitters, LLC and clients.
