Seeking experienced Administrative Assistant to work full time in the Staff Engagement, Volunteers and Training Departments at Ohel. Successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include participation in vetting of speakers/trainers and organizing and implementing professional trainings; assistance in planning and coordinating staff appreciation events; assistance in implementing leadership and other staff programs and events; participation in coordination of volunteer outreach and events; tracking of volunteers; assistance in implementation of agency gift drive. Strong ability to communicate with outside vendors. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. This Full Time position is located in Brooklyn.
