Ohio Basement Authority, a Groundworks Company, is growing rapidly and seeks a proven Mason. We serve Columbus, Springfield, Mansfield, Westerville, Newark, Lancaster, Zanesville, Chillicothe, Marion, Dublin, and other nearby areas with providing complete solutions for basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and more! The position of Mason consists of lifting and carrying heavy objects and having the ability to access drawings. The responsibilities would include mixing cement/mortar and restoring old/damaged masonry works.

Job Responsibilities:
- Mixing cement
- Cutting, shaping, and dressing
- Fabricating, altering and repairing structures and surfaces
- Lays Building materials, including concrete and brick to construct walls.
- Lays blocks or bricks following blueprints, plans or drawings.
- Mixes cement using hoes, cement mixing equipment and/or hand tools
- Molds expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers and straightedge.
- Other duties as assigned
At least 1-year experience in construction or trades- Stand, bend and kneel for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of related tools, masonry techniques, equipment and materials
- Valid Driver’s license
- A can do, positive and winning attitude
- Someone who is hardworking, honesty, and willing to provide outstanding customer service
