PARTS TO SERVICE COORDINATOR

H-D Parts to Service Consultant

This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation between service and parts
departments working closely with the service technicians.

Excellent Retail Hours: We are open Tuesday-Saturdays. No late evenings! And we're
closed on all major holidays!

Great Compensation: Hourly base plus monthly incentive. The more you excel, the
greater your financial reward!

A Day in the Life of a Parts to Service Consultant 
Come to work ready to make it happen every day! 
Take parts orders from the service technician and fill those timely and accurately. 
Pre-stage immediate and future parts for sales and service repair orders. 
Update inventory control system and parts catalogs. 
Report all defective stock parts with the appropriate warranty codes to the claim

administrator. Process and track warranty claims. 
Assist on the parts counter working with customers. 
Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling,

pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom. 
Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise. 
Accurately handle cash register operations including rewards, returns, warranty, and

other transactions. 
Other responsibilities as assigned.
