The Escrow Officer position at Ohio Real Title focuses on closing a mix of residential, commercial, and refinance transactions and requires diligence, precision, and customer orientation. Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferences:
- Notary commission
Escrow Officer Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Prepare escrow transactions for closing
- Ensure all documents are complete and signed
- Explain provisions and procedures with clients
- Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence to requirements
- Ensure escrow transactions are sufficiently funded and balanced
- Coordinate signing appointments
- Prepare filing documents for recording
- Engage in other activities and special projects as may be assigned
