Job Description Summary: The team leader provides daily operational oversight of the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinic, to ensure attainment of goals as they relate to the balanced scorecard for quality of care, customer service, quality of Worklife, and financial performance, including supporting the leadership team and associates by acting as a bidirectional conduit for communication and integration. The team leader assumes primary responsibility for staff development, and operationally, the team leader will have primary responsibility for developing and coordinating staff schedules, including coverage plans for staff absences; effectively and efficiently securing and deploying resources within the department such as supplies and equipment; monitoring volumes and tracking outcomes pertinent to quality, customer service, quality of Worklife, and research; implementation of programs and process improvement initiatives; ensuring the integrity of daily point of care service; and represent the department related to intradepartmental integration, communication, and collaboration. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree (Required), Bachelor's Degree, Master's DegreeBLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Accredited school of radiology or athletic training and currently licensed in the State of Ohio BLS-CPR certified; Basic computer skills, including Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution Demonstration of leadership ability through past and current job responsibility and performance; Minimum of 3 years in healthcare-related field.
