- Is comfortable with Microsoft and computers in general
- Has phone answering and customer service experience.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; answering phone calls, greeting clients, sorting mail, administrative tasks, scheduling and organizing, conference room management, event planning, and general facility oversight.
- Has their own source of transportation
