The ideal candidate:

- Is looking to part-time hours, M-F

- Is always friendly, humble, helpful, professional and well mannered

- Is experienced with phone answering and administrative roles in a professional office environment. Or is willing to learn and thinks it will be a good fit

- Is organized, disciplined and multi-tasks well in a sometimes fast paced environment.

- Is looking to work with an awesome team at a fun workplace with awesome clients
- Is comfortable with Microsoft and computers in general

- Has phone answering and customer service experience.

- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; answering phone calls, greeting clients, sorting mail, administrative tasks, scheduling and organizing, conference room management, event planning, and general facility oversight.

- Has their own source of transportation

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday / TBD

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
