Our team within OHM is growing and looking for a dedicated store leader to handle the daily operations of our restaurants located Lambert International Airport. This person should be fully committed to providing a great experience to our guest, team members, and airport partners.

Job Requirements…
  • Minimum of 2 year management experience at an ASM level or higher.
  • Servsafe manager certified.
  • Microsoft excel and word experience.
  • Full availability on schedule, must be willing to work holidays and weekends.
Roles will include and are not limited to
  • Creating staff schedules
  • Placing product orders and working with airport loading dock on shipping and receiving
  • Forming and maintaining relationships with vendors, airport authority, and airport staff
  • Quality control and service auditing
  • Executing annual budget goals
  • Performing team meetings
  • Regulating and scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs
Salary and benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance available at 60 days of full time employment
  • Bonus program structured for profit share on a bi-quart basis
  • Two week PTO after 1st year
