We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Director to join our Hospital's team in El Paso, TX. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run organization. The unit is known for having a great culture amongst staff and a team-oriented environment. Great opportunity to make an impact while being properly supported!

• Starting salary $150k, increases depending on experience
• Full-time, Days: Monday-Friday / 7a-3p / No Weekends Emergency Call
• Total Units Covered – Cath, EP, IR, ECHO/VAS, CV Prep/Recovery

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required, MSN or MBA preferred
• Must meet ONE of following requirements: Registered Nurse (RN), American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical cardiovascular leadership experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Extensive Cath Lab/EP experience preferred
