Director of Surgical Services Needed!

We are seeking a Director of Surgical Services to join our Hospital's talented Leadership team in Gallatin, TN. This facility is known for having a great culture amongst staff and passionate team-oriented environment. • $120K-$160K, depending on experience
• Full-time
• 167-bed facility - Primarily Cardiac and Orthopedic Surgery service lines

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Active Tennessee State or Multi-State RN License required
• Minimum 7 years Clinical RN experience with 3 years in Surgical Services and 5 years Management/Leadership experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
