Summary:
Working in a team environment, this position provides support and assistance to the senior management in the development, coordination, communication, and execution of business activities associated with several international transportation & logistics programs for a key account. The position is responsible for supporting the achievement of calendar year goals for the identified key account programs while maintaining strong communications within the team. This includes working closely with the account managers across SCM & Transportation to support business process & analytics needs of the team and for the benefit of the customer. The candidate will work closely with dedicated team to support a key account across highly visible programs and will support & work closely with cross-functional team in the USA and Asia.

- Learn OIA’s Power BI system
- Conduct automation of the excel based reporting. This includes the Asia Air royalty and the Asia Air mid-month reports
- Document the business and process flows for Key account Asia & USA business programs
- Remain current with industry knowledge, trends and market developments related to OIA managed programs
- Support in gathering information for on-boarding of new Key account Material Management programs
- Assist in preparing digital presentation documents for internal and external clients
- Assist in the development and preparation of program performance reports for key OIA accounts
- Work with USA and Asia based teams to update program manuals, handbooks and create process documents, as needed
- Participate in weekly, monthly or quarterly business review meetings as needed

- Project management skills demonstrating the ability to manage activities, deliverable and Key account
- Strong excel is required; visual data experience (PowerBI, Tableau) a plus
- Strong relationship skills with Key account and other key clients, supply partners, and all teams within OIA Global
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and present rational for final approval
- Self-starter, motivated
- Understanding of footwear production, logistics and materials is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral communications both within and outside OIA Global
- Experience working with senior executive and managers both internal and external
- 1 to 3 years experience preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in a related field (Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
