Our client is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to join the team in Greeley, CO.
Location: Greely, CO
Schedule: 9/80 hybrid
Duration: 12 months with potential to extend

Responsibilities
- Prepare summary and detail level schedules.
- Develop full Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules for projects.
- Perform monthly progress updates and create target comparison and periodic look-ahead schedules. Monitor and track progress at detailed and summary level.
- Always ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
- Develop and periodically update cost and/or resource loaded schedules.
- Participate in all project schedule reviews as required at Operations Review Meetings (ORMs) or other sessions.
- Participate in the development and preparation of proposal presentations, including developing preliminary bar chart schedules and staffing charts.
- Provide support and training in the use of project and scheduling software to office and jobsite staff.
- Conduct schedule and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reviews.
- Work together with multiple teams to coordinate both schedules and models.
- Interpret data, compile reports, and deliver presentations when required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering field
- Minimum of five years' experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating and other areas of project controls in a oil and gas environment.
- Advanced experience with scheduling software applications such as Primavera on projects; large project experience is desirable.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive leadership style and ability to create a high morale oil and gas environment
- Autonomous, self‐starter
- Superior planner and organizer
- Bachelors Degree in engineering: Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering fields
