Duties:
Source and purchase products and materials for the company
Find the best prices with suppliers
Maintain strong relationships with vendors
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs
Maintain effective inventory control systems of power tools $300.00 of worth and up.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Purchase replacement parts for equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a purchasing agent, office administrator or in a similar role
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and logistics processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Can communicate in the English language.
Possesses basic computer skills (Excel, word, email).
