Duties:

  • Source and purchase products and materials for the company
  • Find the best prices with suppliers
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs
  • Maintain effective inventory control systems of power tools $300.00 of worth and up.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Purchase replacement parts for equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a purchasing agent, office administrator or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and logistics processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Can communicate in the English language.
  • Possesses basic computer skills (Excel, word, email).
