Operations Assistant

About the position:
Performs complex administrative support work. Work involves providing and coordinating administrative support including disseminating information; developing filing systems; preparing and editing reports and documents; and providing guidance to others. Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Knowledgeable of office practices
- Ability to work as a team member
- Open-minded
- Use proficient interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 Years relevant experience
The position is 34 hours per week for 52 weeks per year with a starting salary of $15.70 to $16.80 per hour, depending on education and expereince.
