Job Posting for RN Nursing Supervisor - FT at OKLAHOMA CITY REHABILITATION HOSPITAL
Position Summary:
Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current state licensure as an Registered NurseBasic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
Desired:
Inpatient rehabilitation experiencePrevious supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
