Oklahoma Medical Eye Group is looking for a Full Time Experienced Front Desk Coordinator . OMEG is a Busy Growing Ophthalmic Medical/Surgical Practice currently located at 3400 E Frank Phillips Blvd. Bartlesville, OK 74006

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical scheduling software and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments accurately using medical scheduling software
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Verify patient insurance information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an optometric or ophthalmic office preferred
- Proficiency in medical scheduling software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
