Job Summary: | Develop and direct/coach speed, strength, agility, plyometric and conditioning programs for the various intercollegiate athletic programs and student athletes. Instruct/coach student-athletes in proper nutrition programs. Administrative duties as assigned by the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. |

Education & Experience | |
Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health, Education, Health and Human Performance, or a related field, and three years of related experience. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (C.S.C.C.) acquire after hire per NCAA: A strength and conditioning coach shall be certified and maintain current certification through a nationally accredited strength and conditioning certification program. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Health, Education, Health and Human Performance, or a related field, and four years of related experience at Division I level. |
