Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: High School/GED Two years clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience. The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and must have the ability to effectively exchange accurate information to provide excellent customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Four years of experience. |
