This position will provide important back-end support. The primary duties of this position are to manage donor data and relationships and provide relevant administrative support. This includes but is not limited to updating records, performing scheduled reviews of data, gift processing and reconciliation. Development staff will also depend on this person to make recommendations for process improvements designed to improve efficiency and donor satisfaction. Other duties will include support and planning for on-air membership drives and events for donors and donor research related to major giving.
On-air pledge drives and special donor events may require arriving at work before 7 a.m. or working after 7 p.m.
Must be able to work at keyboard for extended hours.
Must be able to occasionally lift boxes up to 25 lbs.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
At least two years experience working with databases and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience working in non-profit fundraising databases and donor relations.
Knowledge of fundraising database systems such as Allegiance, Salesforce or Raiser's Edge.
